DerekJACOBS(late of Coventry) Dear husband of Doreen, much loved father of Peter and Lynda, father in law of Indi and Carol, grandfather of Paige, Max, Theo and Seb and great grandfather of Taylor. Passed away peacefully on 29th January 2018 at Heartlands Hospital, in his 90th year. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service for Derek at 11.30am on Wednesday 28th February 2018, at Canley Crematorium, Coventry CV4 7BX.
